Manchester United suffers a blow in Perisic pursuit
Manchester United’s pursuit of Ivan Perisic is not going to happen anytime soon as Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio has shut down any reports of him going to Manchester United.
Ivan Perisic was linked to a move to Manchester United with the club willing to spend £40million for the Croatian. However Piero Ausilio tells the media there has been no satisfactory offers from Manchester United.
“It’s not happening,” he told Sky Sport Italia. “Perisic is training with us and so far we have not taken into consideration anything that Manchester United have offered us.”
After the saga Perisic is seen unhappy in the Team Photo that surfaced on Twitter. The Croatian international is seen standing away from the other players with an awkward smile.
Inter head coach Luciano Spalletti stated that he was eager to talk to the player before any decision has been taken on a possible transfer but looking at the situation the deal may not see the light of day and Manchester United may have to set their eyes on a new target this transfer window.

Rivals who shared the same football stadium
Bayern Munich and TSV 1860 Munchen- Allianz Arena
Bayern Munich and Tsv 1860 Munchen still use the same ground. Allianz arena is also known as the inflatable boat. Allianz currently owns the naming rights of the stadium for 30 years however this name cannot be used while hosting UEFA and FIFA tournaments during the UEFA matches it is known as Fußball Arena München and during FIFA matches it is known as FIFA World Cup Stadium Munich. Allianz brought the 50 per cent shares of the stadium from Tsv Munchen by paying 11 million euros in April 2006. Since then Tsv play their home games at Allianz arena but do not retain any share in the stadium. Good deal Bayern Munich.

Stories behind the origin of the biggest football clubs in Europe
10. Liverpool :
Before 1892, Everton used to play at Anfield for eight consecutive seasons. It was because of some disputes with the owner of the ground John Houlding that Everton decided to relocate to Goodison Park. In the same year, Houlding founded another club to play at Anfield naming it Everton Athletic. But the name got rejected by the FA and it was named as Liverpool. Liverpool have won more European championships than any other English club.
Chelsea
5 clubs eagerly waiting for the January transfer window
- Chelsea :
The Premier League Champions are having a bizarre season so far. Never did one expect that the London club will end up at the 14th place after 15 games. Jose and his men have failed to live up to what’s expected of them. Eden Hazard, Nemanja Matic and Diego Costa are some of the main players that have failed to shine when Chelsea needed them the most. Jose surely wants to add more options to his squad after such a start and he is considering to sign the likes of Antoine Griezmann, Paul Pogba, Harry Kane and others to strengthen his squad and help the London club revive and hopefully make it to the top four by the end of the season else they face the risk of losing some very good players.
