The city of Sao Paolo lost its most treasured gem as goalkeeper Rogerio Ceni stepped down from his club career at the end of last season, ending an incredible 22-year association with the Sao Paolo club.

The Brazilian joined the club in 1992, and since then, has gone on to make over a 1000 appearances for his side while also scoring 131 times in the process!

Truly an end of an era.
