Manchester United’s youth academy needs no introduction to the football world. As efficacious as Barcelona’s La Masia, United’s setup has produced some of world’s finest talents in Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes and David Beckham. The club have had a tradition of giving youngsters a chance of showcasing their qualities at highest level. Interestingly, United’s historic treble winning side included six graduates from their youth academy. Last season under Van Gaal, the ever so impressive Marcus Rashford made his debut and has since been a revelation. Andreas Pereira is another youngster who could well be the next big thing. Pereira since joining from PSV has made four appearances for the Red Devils.

Upfront, Islam Slimani is still adapting to the Premier League. Ranieri has some youngsters under his belt but they are yet to mature and be ready for the toughness as Ranieri failed to sign some significant options both for the wings and the defense. Leicester have been too reliant on Vardy and Mahrez to score which has seen them struggled when both these men struggle.
